XAPPmedia has launched more Google Assistant Actions than anyone. These include work for Progressive Insurance, E. & J. Gallo and the award winning Bravo Tango Brain Training Action for National Geographic. Google Assistant is different from Alexa and poses different opportunities. Last week Progressive Insurance announced its launch of the first insurance action on Google Home built by XAPPmedia. In addition to the Progressive announcement, last week Google also named XAPPmedia as a recommended partner for brands looking to get on Google Home. XAPPmedia is proud to be one of just six agencies to earn this distinction from Google and to be one of only five companies recognized by both the Amazon Echo and Google Home teams.
XAPPmedia co-founder and CEO Pat Higbie was featured yesterday in an interview titled, "How XAPPmedia is Helping Radio Win with Digital." By digital, Radio Ink means voice applications such as those found in Amazon's Alexa and Google Home. This technology shift provides an opportunity to bring radio back into the home.
